The ATLAPEX AL7500 is a compact and efficient self-loading concrete mixer designed for small to medium construction sites. With a mixing capacity of 5 m³ (minimum ≥4.5 m³) and a 0.7 m³ loading bucket, it integrates material loading, weighing, mixing, and transport into a single machine.

Powered by a YUCHAI 6105 turbocharged engine delivering 92 kW, the AL7500 features a 4×2 drive axle with a 4WD hydraulic drive system for reliable mobility. It runs on 16/70 R22.5 double vacuum steel-wire tires and reaches a travel speed of 25 km/h. The total machine weight is 12,500 kg.

The mixing drum rotates at ≥15 laps/minute with a 1:103 reduction ratio, ensuring thorough and uniform concrete. The discharge chute rotates 270° for flexible placement, while built-in spiral blades improve mixing efficiency. The high-strength steel frame is tested for 100,000-hour durability.

Additional features include a dual fuel system, an upgraded cooling system with +50% cooling efficiency, double brake calipers, a precision weighing scale, 360° monitoring, and automatic lubrication – making the AL7500 a reliable, easy-to-operate solution for on-site concrete production.
