A new lightweight solution has entered the small-scale construction equipment market. The AL1000 self-loading concrete mixer is designed specifically for solo operators and tight job sites.

Weighing only 3,500 kg, the AL1000 combines a 0.7 m³ mixing capacity with a compact footprint of 3,800 mm in length when the bucket is raised. Powered by a YUNEI 490 engine delivering 42 kW, the unit is agile enough for residential driveways and rural projects.

Equipped with an ISUZU drive axle and 20.5-16 tires, the machine travels up to 25 km/h, allowing users to move quickly between locations. The 4×2 traction axle and 1:10 reduction ratio ensure stable performance, while the mixing drum rotates at over 15 laps per minute.

With a self-loading bucket of 0.15 m³ and effective mixing capacity of ≥0.6 m³ per cycle, the AL1000 reduces reliance on ready-mix trucks and extra crew.
